Ideal for fixing 45mm timber bottom plates down to concrete slabs. Economical alternative to using pins & charges or gas powered concrete nailing.
Advantages of Qscrews opposed to concrete nailing:
- Fast installation, simply drill a 5mm hole through the timber & into the concrete, then simply screw straight into the hole
- Low cost compared to pins & charges, gas tools
- No setting required
- Stronger fixing, unique thread design ensures a good bite in the concrete
- Also suitable for brick
- Galvanised – suitable for use outdoors
- Don’t need a special socket driver, suits standard 5/16 size hex head (same drive head as 10 & 12g hex head screws)
