Looking for strong anchors for plasterboard? Hollow wall anchors that are designed for Australian Plasterboard thicknesses? Our Ablefix hollow wall anchors are best suited to Australian plasterboard, many of the hollow wall anchors sold at hardware stores these days don’t work on 12mm plasterboard. They’re either designed for 10mm meaning if you use them on 12mm plasterboard they’ll start to pull through the back of the board before they’re tight, or the next size up doesn’t work on 10mm plasterboard as it won’t grip down that small. Our HWA4S & HWA4SL series work for both 10 & 12mm plasterboard!
